Advance Business & Manufacturing Center Incubator

Advance Business & Manufacturing Center Incubator

The Advance Business & Manufacturing Center incubator (formerly known as the Business Assistance Center incubator) is your one-stop shop for starting or growing your own business. It’s so much more than office space or shop/manufacturing space – it’s an incubator focused on coworking.

What’s an incubator? A program specifically designed to successfully develop start-ups and small businesses. Our incubator offers business mentoring from onsite partners like SCORE, NWTC Center for Entrepreneurship and the UWGB Small Business Development Center, flexible leases, a professional setting for your business and even access to the Advance Microloan program.

Why choose an incubator? There are many reasons, perhaps most significantly that 87 percent of incubator graduates succeed and 70 percent* of small startup businesses outside incubators fail in the first three years. Since 1987, the Advance Business & Manufacturing Center has helped more than 244 people get their businesses up, moving and succeeding.

In addition, businesses that choose to make the Advance Business & Manufacturing Center their home are eligible for a half-price membership in the Greater Green Bay Chamber for their first year!

Is the Advance Business & Manufacturing Center right for you? Learn more about our different areas of focus: Office, Manufacturing and Virtual Tenants, as well as our onsite business partners at your disposal.

If you’d like to learn more, or want to tour the incubator, please contact Elizabeth Slade, program manager, at 920.496.2110 or eslade@titletown.org.
