Greater Green Bay YMCA Corporate Partnership

Through a Y Corporate Partnership, companies can partner with the Y to provide their employees with a financial incentive on membership and a wellness program. Companies paying towards their employees’ membership will receive a financial match from the Y along with health & fitness services.

• Financial incentive for employees. Corporate Partners must provide a financial incentive for employees. The Y will match contributions up to $150/year - $12.50/month.
• Employees joining the Y will receive a $25 class voucher annually.
• Joiner fee waived. Savings up to $75.
• One free “Y Trial Week” for all employees and their families each year.
• Statistical reports including participation and employee usage.
• Promotional materials and newsletter provided by the Y.
• Additional corporate services provided by the Y: Wellness Coaching, Lunch and Learn Lectures, Health Fairs, Onsite Group Exercise Classes, Monthly Challenges.
• Access to all four Green Bay area facilities. Additionally, the A.W.AY. (Always Welcome at YMCA) Program provides access to participating Ys nationwide.
• Approximately 75% of health care spending can be attributed to preventable illness. The Y can help you identify your largest health care issues and help target ways to reduce costs.
